Udi Polonsky
CEO, Since 2004
Under Udi’s leadership, LINTECH has followed a trajectory of steep, sustainable growth and has reached profitability without external funding. Before joining LINTECH, Udi was CEO of C-nario, a digital video applications company focusing on messaging and advertising, which he led from inception to international market entry. He crafted the company’s early product definition, design and strategy. Prior to that, Udi was the co-founder, President & CEO of VENline, a software solutions company in the engineering projects field. Earlier in his career, Udi was President at AURA Investments, a publicly traded investment company, where he executed investment deals in a broad range of industries, including financial software systems and medical technology. Previously, he had worked with the Israel Corporation, among Israel’s largest financial holding companies, and he had served as Assistant Economic Minister of the Israeli Embassy in Washington, DC. Udi holds an MBA (with honors) from the George Washington University (Beta Gamma Sigma) and a B.Sc. in Economics and Management from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Doron Gutkind
Chief Software Architect, Since 1998
Doron has been developing and implementing information technology in the acute, diagnostic and long-term healthcare industries for over 25 years and is regarded as a leading authority in the area of health information technology. He is a co-founder and co-owner of LINTECH and was the chief technologist of its predecessor company. Doron is extraordinarily skilled in identifying and analyzing clients’ needs, translating them into high-level system requirements and communicating them efficiently to the R&D team.
Susan Nachinson
VP Client Relations, Since 2006
Susan has been responsible for building and maintaining LINTECH’s strong client relationships since 2006. She also leads the Customer Support and Quality Assurance teams. Before joining LINTECH, Susan worked for many years as quality assurance manager for New Jersey-based Skila, Inc., a producer of knowledge management software for pharmaceutical companies worldwide. Her prior career stations include a developer of physicians’ practice management software and a marketing and advertising firm for technical industries. Susan holds a B.Sc. in Computer and Information Sciences from the Mary Washington College in Fredericksburg, VA.
