Tell us about your greatest achievements:
Investigated the embezzlement of an elderly lady in the amount of over $400,000. The two suspects two thought they would never be caught. We built a criminal case book while trying to locate them. Once we knew where they were we turned our case book over to the local law enforcement. The two criminals were picked up by US Marshalls and plead guilty. They were sentenced to five years in prison and were ordered to pay restitution to our client.
We broke up a ring of criminals who were breaking into US Post Office Boxes and stealing credit cards and the personal identifications of citizens. After we identified who the criminals were we turned over our investigative findings to local law enforcement and the Post Office Inspector General. All of the criminals were apprehended and sentenced to Federal Prison.
We investigated two corporate officers of a film company who embezzled $249 million dollars from a foreign bank. We tracked one of them from Central America to the USA. We gathered a sufficient amount of incriminating evidence against the subjects who eventually settled their law suit making a substantial payment to the bank.
We gathered a significant amount of evidence for a prominent law firm client in New York to counter sue a public company and to file RICO charges against them. The case was for $60 Million and was settled for much less.
A client of ours was arrested and charged with bribery of a Government Agent. The Agent had deliberately falsified all of his enter reports to the Federal Government and during our client’s trial the case was dismissed and the Federal Agent was charged with criminal perjury and was dismissed from Government Service due to our investigative efforts .
