Palm Fan Store is a company that specializes in ceiling fans. We have all types of indoor and outdoor ceiling fans. Designer styles from modern to Victorian, from tropical and rustic, to dual and nautical ceiling fan styles.

Quality is one of our primary concerns when posting a product for sale on our online store. We want to offer the best quality fans to our customers at the lowest price possible. We feel this makes for happy customers, meaning loyal customers for future repeat business. We believe that word of mouth advertising is the best form of advertising, and we feel offering a superior product than our competitors is one good way to get it. That’s why that although we have access to every ceiling fan offered from all of our vendors, vendors such as Casablanca, Minka Aire, Hunter, Gulf Coast Fans, Craftmade, Ellington and more, we do not put all of every manufacturer’s ceiling fans online. We feel that promotional, builder’s grade ceiling fans have their place, but that place is not on our website. Our website is for people that want a low price on a quality ceiling fan, not a low price on cheap ceiling fans.

At PalmFanStore.com, we also feel customer service is important. After all, if we offer you a superior product, yet we don’t get it to you quickly, or if you should have questions about the installation of your new and unique ceiling fan, but we cannot answer your questions correctly, are you then going to want to refer us to your friends? We wouldn’t, so why would we expect you to? That is why we have a highly trained customer support staff, that knows ceiling fans inside and out, so if you do have questions they will be answered quickly, and more importantly, correctly. Our customer service reps are trained to treat each customer with the respect that they would want to be treated with. We started our online store in 2002 with a focus on tropical ceiling fans. Since that time we evolved to show all styles of ceiling fans on our online store. With all the focus on ceiling fans, sometimes it gets lost that we are also now a leading reseller of Dimplex Electric Fireplaces and Moda Flame Ethanol Fireplaces.

Ceiling fan sales have always peaked during the summer, and although ceiling fans are a great way to bring trapped heat back down from your ceiling to evenly distribute warmth during the winter, their sales have traditionally slowed during the cold months. With electric and ethanol fireplaces being added to our product selection, this has helped to keep our business strong all year long. What this means to you is that, if you should ever have a problem with a product you purchased from us, we are financially stable 365 days a year, and will be around to offer any support you may need on any of our products in the future.
