North River Home Care is dedicated to providing the highest quality in-home care possible. We provide caring, experienced homemakers and home health aides to seniors on the South Shore, Cape Cod and the South Coast. Family owned and operated – it is truly our family helping other families.

North River Home Care provides hourly, overnight, or live in home care services. Our caregiver services are provided in-home, in assisted living facilities, rehab hospitals and most other types of facilities, and are customized based on the clients’ needs.

Our staff provides safety and comfort to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and dignity.

As a family owned company, we understand firsthand how crucial it is for family members to obtain superior home care services for a loved one needing assistance. Our mission is to ensure a better quality of life for our elderly clients and peace of mind for their family.

■ Our staff RN evaluates new clients, creates the Care Plan, and supervises Caregivers.

■ We use a phone based Caregiver Tracking System to confirm that our Caregivers arrive on time and stay for their whole shift.

■ Automated medication reminder or wellness check-in phone calls provided for free to clients, up to 3 times per day.

■ Unique Alzheimer’s training program for our caregivers, including in-the-field phone support by an Alzheimer’s Coach.

■ Our Caregivers are true employees, not subcontractors. We pay the payroll taxes, employers liability, workers’ compensation, general and professional liability insurance. All employees are bonded.

■ We are available 24-hours/day, 365 days/year, and owners are actively involved in every case.

North River Home Care is responsible for all employer tasks, including:

■ Screening and extensive background checks to find the most qualified caregivers.

■ Ongoing Training – specialized to address more common eldery issues and ailments.

■ Payroll Taxes, Liability and Workers’ Compensation Insurance and Bonding.

■ Back-up Scheduling

■ Supervisory Visits
