With approved tenant, LeaseRunner can transfer tenant's and property data into state-specific lease templates by a click of a button. Documents then are emailed and e-signed by all parties to the lease. Each party receives a copy of the executed documents via email. LeaseRunner contains library of lease document templates that are ready to be used. It also allows users to edit existing templates or create custom lease templates.
Electronic rent payments are a convenient way for tenant to pay rent on time. LeaseRunner utilizes ACH (electronic check) to process the payment. Autopay is another convenience for the tenant.
