Heavensent Home Healthcare services both Broward and Palm Beach counties where we work hard to maintain our positive reputation. Some of the home care services we provide on an hourly or live-in basis are assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, laundry, cognitive stimulation through games and activities, grocery shopping and errands, transportation to doctor appointments, bill management, care management, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, companionship and much more. So whether you need a caregiver for a few days, or a more supportive long-term arrangement, we can help. Our home care nurse will work with you and your family to come up with a home care schedule that's just right for you.

At Heavensent Home Healthcare we recruit nothing but the best Home Health Aides (HHA), Certified Nursing Aides (CNA), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), and Registered Nurses (RN) for our clients. All caregivers undergo national background screenings, reference checks, and are licensed, insured, bonded. We go through extreme measures to ensure that each caregiver is experienced in home care, honest, and compassionate about caring for people. At Heavensent Home Healthcare, we will also give you the option of interviewing your caregiver prior to the start of home care services.

For payment, we accept checks, all major credit cards, and we are an approved home care provider for the following Long Term Care insurance companies: Bankers Life, Senior Health Insurance of Pennsylvania, Conseco, Genworth, John Hancock, Unum, Transamerica, Met Life, Mass Mutual, Kanawha, CNA, Mutual of Omaha, Penn Treaty, New York Life, Cigna, National States, and many more.

Also at Heavensent Home Healthcare, we utilize the Telephony Time Clock system. The Telephony Time Clock System is a tool we utilize to ensure that each caregiver arrives at the client's home. It also calculates the total number of hours our caregivers work with clients each week-allowing us to provide accurate billing to our clients. The way the Telephony system works is simple. When our caregivers arrive or depart from a client's home, they are required to dial a toll free number, using the client's phone. This sends a signal to our office, in real time, notifying us of their arrival and departure time. In the event, that the caregiver fails to dial in at the scheduled time, the system will send us an instant notification-giving us the opportunity to assess why the caregiver is late.
