Description of Product or Service Endorsing: We contracted with Ballantine to provide the integrated mail and direct marketing portion of our new fundraising project, a 24 hour day of giving for alumni. This included design of our logo (seen below) postcards and emails, as well as creation of personalized landing pages for four segmented groups of alumni.

The Ballantine team of Matt, Ryan and Dawn designed and executed the integrated mail and direct marketing portion of our first ever 24 hour day of alumni focused giving. Dawn designed exciting layouts for our postcards and emails, and Matt and Ryan created personalized landing pages for each of our four segmented alumni groups. They also embedded links to our mobile donation forms provided by another vendor, as well as links to our school website. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with even when we hit a glitch, and they truly define great customer service. I look forward to working with the Ballantine team for years to come.
