I bought a leatherman multi-tool from them as I could not find it in stock anywhere else and was hoping for great service like the testimonials that were posted on their website. However I did not get that. I got one to two day shipping as that was the only option for my package and it has been four business day and I haven't even gotten an email saying that my order has been shipped or a tracking number. I have sent them two emails and haven't gotten any responses despite the statement on their website that says they respond to emails at almost any time of the day 7 days a week. I have also left a phone message and had no response. I would never order from them again given there are other retailers like amazon that will always get your things to you on time.
