I purchased a big deal $100 for landscape design and proposal. For a hundred bucks you can't go wrong. R&S called a few days later to schedule. Jon Feldman arrived on time and we began our walk around my property. I don't know very much, if anything, about landscaping so I really needed someone to guide me through the process. He explained why certain plants were in the wrong spot and made suggestions he felt would work better given our layout. Jon came across as extremely knowledgeable and competent so I didn't have any issues with putting our property into his hands. Within an hour or so he had all the information he needed.
About three weeks passed and I still hadn't heard anything about my completed proposal. It took a bit of phone tag to finally get a date when Jon would come back and show us the plans. We got the date and once again Jon arrived on time and showed us the proposal. Jon's concept for our property included putting in area appropriate shrubs and plants, using existing plants where possible to help keep costs down, grading, edging, and even a vegetable garden. Within a week I had run it by the Mrs. and we decided to move ahead with R&S. Jon again came by to mark out the work the crew was going to do and we were set for the next day. Jon's crew showed up the next day at the agreed upon time and went promptly to work. Three men, Lionel, George, and I'm sorry to say I forgot the third gentleman's name, were fantastic.
Within a day they had completed the entire job, cut down a tree that was not in the plans, and moved a nice tree to my father in laws house, reseeded where necessary and cleaned up. The property has been transformed. Two neighbors came by within a few hours to comment how nice it looks. I couldn't be more happy and ditto for my wife. R&S will be my go to for any landscaping work I need. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is searching for quality work.
