I interviewed several agencies when I learned that my father was coming home from rehab. My sister and I reviewed the information we received and, despite the fact that North River was not the cheapest agency, we decided that it was the best choice. We were never sorry for that decision. All the staff from North River were always professional, on-time, friendly, patient, and accommodating. My father, who initially was very reluctant to have a stranger in his house, actually came to look forward to his visits from "the girls". I cannot begin to say what a relief it was to leave for work every day, and be able to concentrate on work and not worry about what was happening at home, because I knew my father was in capable hands.
