I initially contacted North River Home Care in 2010 to provide home care for my father at their assisted living apartment. Laurel Lawson at NRHC was extremely responsive and all details were worked out quickly and efficiently. The quality of NRHC aides is superb. When my father required hospice care, we had a wonderful 24/7 NRHC team who provided dedicated care for my father and moral support to me and the rest of the family during that difficult time. When my mother required 24/7 care in order to return to the assisted living facility after a lengthy hospital/rehab stay, I didn't hesitate to call NRHC. Once again Laurel and the staff put together a great team who have been providing my mother with support for over a year. My mother loves her aides. They provide her with much needed companionship now that my father is gone. Laurel has been extremely responsive to any issues that have arisen and has addressed them to my complete satisfaction. I highly recommend Laurel and the staff at North River.
