I've appreciated many aspects of Leaserunner and probably have no idea what other management fees might be, but I do wish we would get our rent money more quickly. They say it's five days before your money clears the bank, but a tenant paid today and I won't get it until the 11th, so I think that's quite a bit longer than five days. It's also a bit costly, imho, to sign lease papers electronically at $25. Overall, it has freed us up to manage our property from a distance, and I appreciate the ease with which I can use the site.
