This service has made renting my properties a breeze!
Everything is done for you: Background screening, preparation of the lease documents, including "State specific" documents that I would have had no clue to include, with the ability to customize the property information, payment information, and various other minor customizations to the standard terms, as well as emailing all the paperwork for e-signatures, followed by e-signature by the landlord - and finally, setting up instructions for the tenant to make ACH rent deposits.
I had no idea being a landlord could be this easy!
