I have been looking for a product like this for years. I would like to see a place for the ss# and picture ID to be added to the profile once rented for the rare cases of having to take the tenant to court over non-payment. This has happened 3 times in 20 years and the rents ranged from 2,300 a month to 11,000 a month. If I didn't have the picture ID, it would have made it a lot harder for the process server and we needed the SS# to report to the credit bureaus.
