Excellent, responsive customer service. I had issues with one of my applicant's background check apparently due to TransUnion technical issues. While the issue was never resolved, the Leaserunner customer support team promptly refunded the applicant's background check fee and kept me informed. Throughout the leasing process I had questions about the Leaserunner process and again, they provided thorough quick answers. Creating and editing lease documents using HTML needs to be easier though. I spent several hours creating mine and had significant formatting issues to resolve. Still I appreciated the state specific docs which were very comprehensive and free!
