Has a service that works, but very inflexible. Charged me $50 in fees upfront after a renters payment did not go through, attempted to work it out without effect. There are better services out there.

Also I did not find the instructions intuitive. I had to contact customer service on multiple occasions to have the lease signed, and also figure out how to collect the rent
