I used lease runner to help get a tenant into our rental apartment. It was fast and we got a great report from the website with information about the tenant.

I like the idea of doing it online (both as an owner or renter) however some tenants may be reluctant to do it online. It depends on your market. Older folks may be afraid to enter their information and may prefer pen and paper, while the younger crowd is more likely to use this.

I did not use the electronic lease because I prefer to have a physical signed document. It's not clear to me that an electronic document would stand up in the court of law if needed.
