With a little effort, and with help from LeaseRunner.com's on-line document database, I was able to put all of my lease documents on-line and use LeaseRunner.com's electronic document signing process. While I had some difficulties setting up the documents, I called LeaseRunner.com's customer service and they were extremely helpful, answered the phone quickly, and did everything necessary to get my issues resolved. Using LeaseRunner.com for the first time required a certain amount of "getting up to speed", but the clean paperless process made it worthwhile, and future tenant changeovers will be even more simple and efficient now that everything is set up.
