I ordered a personalized lake house sign for my in-laws lake home on Lake of the Ozarks. When it arrived, it was made out of metal and not the wood that I had thought that I ordered. I called Lakehouse Lifestyle and they immediately ordered a replacement, no questions asked. I'm not sure who made the error (it may have been me), but I was expecting a fight from them. I'm sooo happy with their customer service!
