I've ordered 3 sets of cabinet doors in various sizes, styles and woods. The first 2 orders were perfect in every way (materials, dimensions, shipping, etc). The last door I ordered was the wrong style and dimensions. OK, no big deal, just a human error. I contacted Customer Service and they promised to send a replacement door ASAP. That was on Dec 16. Here I am on Dec 30 with no door. I look at my account online and see no replacement door in process. I email them on Dec 23 asking for an ETA, to which I received an autoresponse: "The Horizon Cabinet Door Co. Customer Service Dept is closed for the holidays and will return on Jan 2. New orders will be processed as normal and existing orders will continue through the production process as scheduled." Huh? Your factory is open but the the Customer Service dept. is closed for 2 weeks? Wow! Never have I experienced such blatant disregard for customers who bought and paid for a flawed product! You have my money and I have ziltch. I fully expect Jan 2 will come around and the door will not have even been put in the manufacturing queue. Without this experience I would wholeheartedly endorse Horizon, but I will find an alternative in the future. Unacceptable!
