was very impressed with your customer service. when there was something in question, you solicted a response before proceeding. my questions via email were also answered quickly and professionally.
the only problem was that there was a knot hole in one of the doors, but nothing a little wood filler couldn't take care of. your prices were VERY competitive!

ps. also to note, was going to place an order with one of your competitors, but when their customer service couldn't answer a simple hinge question, and then they became indignant when i complained about their difficulty. they actually told me they didn't need my business! so pat yourself on the back. you've got it going way over your competition.
