In general their Tech Support has improved but this Company still seem to amaze me. Bought new Version 12 of Chiro 8000 by Forte Systems. The CD Activation Key was not activated or wrong. Regardless Tech Support could not solve. Tech Support could not get hold of Customer Support. Embarasing for any company Departments not able to speal to one another efficiently and quickly. I was than Told someone will call within the hour and no one ever did. I than Call Customer Service and Sales put on hold for over 20 minutes. Transferred without being told I was being transferred the first time. Second Time put on ghold for 20 minutes only to be told Keiland was still on the phone. told she would call me back and has not. Good Times.
