The virtual online tech support through "Log me in" is Awesome! The service punctuality has been hit and miss. Sometimes its in minutes other times 24+hours. I am disappointed at some of the poorly designed features that have persisted for a decade. I have had program operation problems for years that seem to recur with every update. The poorly designed database backup is complicated for front desk staff. This is inexcusable.
