just wanted to let you and any potential customers know how wonderful your blender is. As with many other folk I too was contemplating buying a vitamix but was baulking at the price of them here in Australia. Through my incessant research I came across your site and after much umming and ahhring decided to purchase the 9400 Optimum. To be honest I think I was looking for faults and disappointing comparisons with the Vitamix but I have to tell you they didn't eventuate. This is a remarkable machine and has done everything I have asked of it, creating smooth sauces, silky smoothies,and everything else I make as part of a raw diet. I'm impressed. And the service was fantastic. My hat goes off to your company and team and anyone contemplating buying one of these machines, stop hesitating and go right ahead, you won't be disappointed
