I'm sending this letter in reference to our move, reference # 1704193 from Houston, Texas to Essex Fells, New Jersey. Your moving crew, Matthew, Bud, and Jose were indeed the very best movers we had used over the course of 25 years and 6 moves both locally and interstate. With that said, we had never felt the urge to write a letter or post a review on any of the movers we used in the past even though some of them were quite good and some were quite bad. This will be our last move god willing as we are retired and moved North to be close to our grandchildren. I spoke with you personally on several occasions and it is quite rare these days to actually be able to speak with the owner of a company and for that we are grateful. You always answered our calls and emails and finally when it was time for the inventory quoting process, you put me in touch with Michael Martin the estimator who finalized the paperwork and came up with the price and weight for the move and also a pick-up date that would work to accomodate our delivery date request. When Matthew and the guys came to our house they were obviously ready to do the task at hand and did it perfectly. It could not have gone any smoother or more perfect. Not one item was broken or scratched and they made the delivery within a day of our ideal move in date. We want to thank you and your company for making our final move a move that we have no problem raving about to other friends and family members and referring you to everyone.
