I used Activ8X to work alongside a new fitness regime which included bike riding and weights, I found it supressed my hunger well and helped keep me focused. My target amount to lose was around a stone and with a combination of the exercise and the drops I managed to lose just over a stone. I would say that its worked well for me having used it alongside increased exercise and it worked great as a combination. When I recommend the product to others I would suggest a longer course and using it with excerice and you will do well.
